We are seeking a senior software product strategy and product marketing leader to join the company's European go‐to‐market team, focused on defining and driving the regional software strategy for Data Center AI and Personal AI. The role will be Europe‐based and will work in close collaboration with the European Data Center Business Development leads, Personal AI Business Development leads, and headquarters Product Management teams. The candidate will help translate European customer needs, workload requirements, ecosystem dynamics, and regulatory priorities into actionable software product strategy, product marketing, and roadmap inputs.

The primary emphasis will be Data Center AI, including AI infrastructure software, accelerator enablement, workload deployment, developer experience, platform readiness, and regional product positioning. The role will also have meaningful responsibility for Personal AI, including on‐device AI, hybrid AI, privacy‐preserving AI experiences, cross‐device agents, and software experiences across devices and edge platforms.

The candidate will support business development by providing software product expertise, market positioning, technical narratives, customer requirement synthesis, and product strategy input. Commercial ownership, account ownership, deal negotiation, and pipeline management will remain with the relevant business development and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • European Software Product Strategy
    • Define and maintain the European software product strategy for the company AI platforms across Data Center AI and Personal AI.
    • Represent European software requirements to headquarters product management and engineering teams.
    • Translate customer, partner, regulatory, and ecosystem needs into software product requirements, roadmap inputs, product positioning, and go‐to‐market messaging.
    • Identify where European requirements differ from global assumptions, particularly in areas such as data sovereignty, privacy, energy efficiency, cloud deployment models, enterprise adoption, AI governance, and public‐sector requirements.
    • Work with headquarters product teams to influence software roadmap priorities based on European customer and partner needs.
    • Build a structured view of European software requirements across hyperscalers, telcos, sovereign cloud providers, enterprises, OEMs, ISVs, public sector, industrial customers, and device ecosystem partners.
    • Provide regional software product input to planning cycles, customer engagement priorities, executive briefings, and launch readiness activities.
  • Data Center AI Software Strategy and Product Marketing
    • Lead European software strategy and product marketing for the company's Data Center AI platforms.
    • Develop software positioning for the company AI infrastructure across accelerators, CPUs, custom silicon platforms, inference systems, and related data center offerings.
    • Define European requirements for AI infrastructure software, including model serving, orchestration, workload management, developer tools, runtime environments, compilers, SDKs, containerization, Kubernetes integration, observability, benchmarking, security, and deployment workflows.
    • Develop European messaging around performance, power efficiency, total cost of ownership, software maturity, deployment flexibility, openness, sovereignty, and integration with existing AI infrastructure.
    • Support product launches, customer briefings, executive presentations, ecosystem events, and analyst or partner‐facing materials with software‐focused content.
  • Personal AI Software Strategy and Product Marketing
    • Define European software strategy and product marketing input for the company's Personal AI initiatives.
    • Focus on software aspects of on‐device AI, hybrid AI, agentic user experiences, personal context, privacy‐preserving AI, identity, memory, model orchestration, and cross‐device continuity.
    • Work closely with Personal AI Business Development leads to support partner and customer conversations with software product narratives, ecosystem positioning, and use‐case clarity.
    • Identify European requirements for Personal AI experiences, especially around privacy, data protection, user trust, local processing, cloud‐edge coordination, and differentiated regional use cases.
    • Help define how Personal AI and Data Center AI software strategies connect through hybrid AI architectures, model routing, secure personalization, workload partitioning, and cloud‐edge orchestration.
  • Software Product Marketing and Go‐to‐Market Enablement
    • Create software‐focused product marketing assets for European customers, partners, internal teams, and executive stakeholders.
    • Develop value propositions, positioning, competitive comparisons, customer‐facing narratives, technical explainers, launch materials, sales enablement content, and ecosystem messaging.
    • Ensure that European go‐to‐market teams have clear and consistent messaging on the company's AI software capabilities across Data Center AI and Personal AI.
    • Work with regional marketing and communications teams to support events, customer workshops, partner briefings, and thought‐leadership activities.
    • Translate complex software capabilities into business‐relevant narratives for customers, partners, and internal decision‐makers.
    • Provide structured feedback to headquarters on messaging effectiveness, competitive objections, software gaps, customer priorities, and regional adoption barriers.
Required Expertise
  • Significant experience in software product management, software product strategy, technical product marketing, or AI platform strategy.
  • Strong understanding of AI software platforms, including inference, model deployment, runtimes, SDKs, developer tools, AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes‐based systems, Ray, vLLM, TGI), and cloud‐native and edge AI software stacks.
  • Experience with data center AI infrastructure, including CPUs, GPUs, NPUs, heterogeneous accelerator environments, Kubernetes‐based environments, containerization, workload management, resource scheduling, bin‐packing, and topology‐aware placement.
  • Experience with AI accelerator software and optimization, including model serving, compilers, runtime frameworks, memory‐aware serving, KV cache optimization, multi‐model serving, and performance optimization across latency, throughput, and power.
  • Understanding of AI infrastructure software stack, including Linux, containers, Kubernetes, and cloud‐native deployment patterns, observability frameworks (e.g., OpenTelemetry), CNCF ecosystem, and integration with enterprise or hyperscaler data center control planes.
  • Solid knowledge of server and system architecture, including x86 and Arm ecosystems, virtualization, drivers, OS enablement, memory hierarchy, PCIe, CXL, and system‐level design considerations.
  • Understanding of AI lifecycle beyond inference, such as fine‐tuning (e.g., LoRA/QLoRA), awareness of distributed training and accelerator clusters, and workload placement and resource requirements.
  • Understanding of Personal AI software concepts, including on‐device AI, hybrid AI, privacy‐preserving AI, agentic experiences, contextual AI, and cross‐device experiences.
  • Experience with cloud, telco, enterprise, sovereign AI, or public‐sector AI deployments in Europe.

  • Ability to connect Data Center AI and Personal AI strategies through hybrid AI architectures, edge‐cloud orchestration, privacy, identity, and distributed intelligence.
  • Ability to influence cross‐functional and global teams and operate effectively across time zones.
