You’ll be joining our Brand Marketing team, bringing together Brand, Social, PR and Content to build awareness, strengthen trust and make the company the easiest and most valuable way for customers to book their next holiday across our markets. Reporting to the Senior Social Media Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join our brand team at the company, providing hands‑on tactical and strategic support to build the company brand across social media channels. As Senior Social Media Executive, you will be instrumental in driving the company’s brand engagement and visibility across various social media platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • End‑to‑end management and creation of social media content.
  • Managing social media platforms and communities.
  • Social listening and leveraging analytics to measure and optimise our channels for growth and content performance.

We are looking for a creative individual with strong attention to detail, a passion for social media and building brand communities online, who can hit the ground running creating content for and managing our current content calendars.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Executing the company’s social media strategy across all live platforms, bringing the brand to life through engaging, on‑brand content that inspires travel and drives long‑term community growth.
  • Owning and maintaining the social media and marketing calendars, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content aligned with company news, campaigns, product updates, seasonal moments and key marketing messages.
  • Staying informed on social media trends, platform updates, emerging channels and audience behaviours, identifying opportunities to keep the company’s content relevant, timely and culturally connected.
  • Supporting the Senior Social Media Manager and wider content team in developing creative, community‑led ideas, turning web content, customer insight and brand priorities into engaging social concepts and copy.
  • Creating high‑quality, multi‑format social content across video, photography, graphics, animation, written posts and interactive formats, ensuring every piece is adapted appropriately for each platform and audience.
  • Owning the execution of video‑first social media content, from concept development and scripting through to filming, presenting, editing and publishing.
  • Using strong design skills to produce polished, platform‑native creative, applying the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines consistently across social assets, campaigns and content series.
  • Developing, testing and scaling repeatable content formats; managing user‑generated content and influencer activity; monitoring and engaging with the community daily; and analysing performance data to refine strategy and report results to stakeholders.

Your skillset should include:

  • Strong understanding of social media best practices, platform behaviours and emerging trends.
  • Excellent visual judgement, with the ability to create thumb‑stopping static and video content.
  • Hands‑on content creation skills, including filming, starring in, editing, curating and adapting content for different platforms.
  • Proven experience creating highly engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant social channels.
  • Ability to analyse social media performance data, identify actionable insights and make practical content and channel recommendations.
  • Experience using social media management, reporting and listening tools, including Sprout Social, Canva, CapCut and social listening queries.

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience working across multiple markets including UK, IE, DE and SE.
  • Experience bringing brand and marketing campaigns to life through social media.
  • Confident using AI tools responsibly to streamline social media workflows, including ideation, planning, reporting, content repurposing and social listening, while maintaining strong editorial judgement and brand standards.
  • Additional language capability in German, Swedish or Polish.

  • 1st stage with the Senior Social Media Manager - 45 mins.
  • Final In‑office interview to present a social task with Social Media Manager & a Senior stakeholder - 1 hr.
