About the role: You’ll be trusted to build your own pipeline, develop relationships and create opportunities that contribute directly to the company's continued growth. You’ll be responsible for driving new client acquisition and expanding the company's presence across key markets. Working alongside our technical and consulting teams, you’ll connect organisations with the company's expertise across software engineering, AI, digital transformation and technology consulting. You’ll own the sales process from first conversation through to contract negotiation and successful handover to our delivery teams.

What you will do:

  • Identify and target strategic new business opportunities across key sectors
  • Build and execute proactive sales campaigns to generate qualified opportunities
  • Develop a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking and market engagement
  • Lead client conversations around digital transformation, software engineering, AI and technology services
  • Build relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders
  • Work alongside technical specialists to shape compelling client solutions
  • Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle
  • Achieve revenue objectives
  • Represent the company within the market and develop strategic partnerships

Requirements: You're a proven new business salesperson with a track record of winning business in technology services. Whether your background is software engineering, digital transformation, technology consulting, managed services, cloud or AI, you'll understand how to engage senior stakeholders and create commercial opportunities. You're commercially minded, self-motivated and enjoy the challenge of opening doors and building relationships from scratch. You take ownership of your pipeline, thrive on creating opportunities and are motivated by winning new business. You're naturally curious and possess a strong commercial instinct. You can start conversations, understand a client's challenges and work collaboratively to develop solutions that deliver real business value.
