They enjoy working together to create and evolve a well-loved product, while always leaving space for fresh ideas and new approaches. Outside of work, they’re parents, gamers, bookworms, adrenaline seekers, and so much more.

As a Principal Product Designer at Frontify, you’ll shape the design of some of the most foundational parts of our platform: Guidelines, Finder, Developer Experience, Integrations, and Media Delivery. This is a role for someone who loves both complex systems and beautifully crafted product experiences. You’ll work on complex, platform‑level product areas, but your mission is to make them feel clear, polished, intuitive, and unmistakably Frontify. You’ll help bring more craft, brand expression, and attention to detail into the product experience, ensuring that our applications do not just work well, but feel refined, trustworthy, and inspiring for brand‑led organizations.

You’ll partner with teams across Guidelines & Ecosystem and Developer Platform to design experiences that help customers create rich brand guidelines, connect Frontify to their tools, select and distribute assets, work with APIs and SDKs, and deliver media at scale. Your work will turn complexity into clarity. You’ll define patterns, principles, and high‑quality design standards that help teams move faster while raising the bar for usability, accessibility, visual quality, and brand expression across Frontify.

You’ll lead design direction across Guidelines, Finder, Developer Experience, Integrations, and Media Delivery, setting a clear vision for your product area and aligning multiple teams and designers around shared goals. You’ll bring craft, polish, and strong attention to detail into complex product experiences, ensuring they feel simple, coherent, consistent, and unmistakably on brand. You’ll strengthen Frontify’s product identity by bringing more brand expression, personality, and emotional quality into the application experience. You’ll shape scalable UX and UI patterns across Guidelines, Finder, developer‑facing tools, integration setup, content APIs, asset selection, and media delivery experiences. You’ll identify fragmentation and design debt across product areas, bringing structure, clarity, and reusable patterns that help teams move faster with higher quality. You’ll contribute to Frontify’s design system through components, interaction patterns, principles, and documentation that raise consistency and craft across teams. You’ll partner closely with product and engineering to make technically complex capabilities feel approachable, useful, and well‑designed. You’ll guide designers across teams, helping them make strong design decisions, align to the broader product direction, and balance systems thinking with refined execution. You’ll champion accessibility, usability, brand consistency, and high‑quality design across all experiences you touch.

You bring 8+ years of experience designing SaaS, enterprise, platform, developer, or other complex digital products. You have a deep passion for brands, brand systems, visual craft, and the details that make a product feel polished, distinctive, and alive. You have experience setting design direction across multiple teams or product areas, aligning designers, product managers, and engineers around a clear vision. You’re comfortable designing for complex product areas such as DAM, CMS, developer platforms, APIs, integrations, workflow tools, brand management, or enterprise software. You think in systems and principles, but you also love the hands‑on craft of making interfaces feel elegant, useful, and considered. You have strong experience with design systems, component libraries, brand systems, or platform‑level UX frameworks. You know how to raise the quality bar by creating shared principles, reducing design debt, and making experiences feel consistent, polished, and on brand. You’re highly proficient with Figma and comfortable working with component libraries, tokens, and scalable design workflows. You communicate clearly and influence through strong rationale, taste, design quality, and structured thinking. You’re curious about emerging technologies, including AI, and how they can improve product experiences, automation, scalability, and creative workflows. You’re fluent in English.
