Help us use technology to make a big green dent in the universe! The company powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy. We create the technology that redefines utilities and unlocks a new energy system of the future. By optimising renewable generation, building a more intelligent grid, and empowering utilities to deliver an exceptional customer experience, our operating system is transforming the industry worldwide. It’s an incredibly exciting time to work in energy. Join us on our mission to improve the lives of ONE BILLION humans within the decade and shape a cleaner, better future for everyone.
What we do: Build the most AI-driven, innovative, forward-thinking platform for energy management. From optimising resources to delivering cost-effective, exceptional customer experiences through advanced Customer Information Systems (CIS), billing, meter data management, CRM, and AI-driven communications, the company is powering the next wave of innovation in the energy industry.
Why we do it: Future energy will not look like energy as we know it today. We need to not just think about our future, but build for it. Now. At the company, we’re powering the most innovative energy and utility businesses globally. Our technology enables smarter grids, optimised generation and exceptional customer experience. But technology alone does not transform a business. Clients choose the company to improve customer experience, reduce cost to serve and increase their ability to innovate and grow. To succeed, they must rethink how the business operates – stronger data cultures, faster decision-making, smarter operations, and adopt entirely new ways of working. The company’s unified technology and data platform enable transformation. The Operating Model Practice ensures clients are structurally built to win with it.
Where you’ll fit in: You will shape how utilities become data-driven – from org design and operating rhythms to data culture and business adoption. You’ll establish the frameworks, transformation patterns, and practical approaches that help clients turn the company data into measurable business impact. Alongside this, you’ll codify repeatable data value use cases, building compelling proof points for how modern data practices improve business performance. You’ll define how the company engages clients on this through workshops, executive advisory, targeted pilots and transformation playbooks. You’ll scale this globally by enabling data CDLs and Org Design leads to apply the model consistently, while stepping in directly for critical client moments and complex transformations. This is an early-stage opportunity to shape how a major industry approaches data transformation. You’ll define this practice from the ground up – and change how major utilities operate in the process.
What you’ll own:
- Define the company’s global point of view on great data operating models - covering organisational patterns, decision-making, ways of working.
- Create scalable transformation playbooks, workshops and client approaches that help organisations adopt modern data practices.
- Enable delivery teams to lead stronger client transformations through practical frameworks, coaching and senior escalation support.
- Develop reusable data value use cases and transformation patterns that accelerate adoption and create compelling business proof points.
- Lead critical and complex client conversations, particularly where organisational change or data transformation risk is involved.
We are building a company for everyone, a universal platform where there is greater benefit in sharing development to enable the green energy transition. Pioneers in this space, we are excited about how the company can change the lives of our customers and convinced that the company is the best answer, not only for efficiency but as a tool to tackle the climate crisis. If you believe this too then the company Tech is the right place for you.
What you’ll bring to the party:
- Experience leading large-scale data transformation, operating model or organisational design initiatives in complex environments.
- Strong judgement on what great data-driven organisations look like - including culture, team structures, governance, and business adoption.
- Ability to turn real-world experience into practical, scalable frameworks, workshops and executive-level guidance.
- Credibility to challenge and influence senior stakeholders on organisational change, capability gaps and data transformation approach.
- Track record of driving change through influence, especially in environments where success depends more on alignment than hierarchy.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building new capabilities in fast-moving, high-autonomy environments.
