The Industry Cloud Architect sits at the centre of the company’s Industry Solutions group — a team built on the conviction that better-defined solutions make products easier to sell, implement, and use. Reporting to a Director of Industry Solutions, you’ll translate deep Compliance expertise into scalable, best‑practice configurations that help clients realise faster time to value from the company’s offerings. This is a role for someone who understands both the technical landscape and the real-world needs of professional and financial services firms.

Day to day, you’ll lead discovery with internal stakeholders and clients to surface the problems that matter most, then turn those insights into solution blueprints deployed across new and existing accounts. You’ll own and evolve quarterly roadmaps for your blueprint portfolio, keep product management informed with field intelligence, and provide hands‑on support to sales, pre‑sales, services, and client success teams. Hands‑on configuration experience with the company Compliance applications and a background in enterprise software services, pre‑sales, or client success are essential for this role.

What you will do

  • Define, configure, and maintain best‑practice solution blueprints for the company Compliance products, owning the quarterly roadmap for each blueprint from initial development through to scaled deployment across new and existing clients.
  • Lead internal and client‑facing discovery to identify unmet needs and workflow gaps in target industries, translating findings into documented use cases and actionable solution blueprints.
  • Partner with product management to maintain strong feedback loops and roadmap alignment, ensuring field insights and client feedback actively shape future product direction.
  • Provide tactical field support to sales, pre‑sales, services, client success, and support teams — helping them understand, position, and deploy industry solutions with confidence.
  • Work with Industry Solutions Programme Managers to develop and deliver enablement content that equips all client‑facing teams to deliver a consistent, high‑quality solution experience.

What you will need

  • Five or more years of experience in a services, pre‑sales, client success, or technical client‑facing role at an enterprise software company, with a demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into client‑facing application configurations.
  • Hands‑on experience configuring the company Compliance applications or comparable enterprise compliance or legal technology platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of presenting confidently in high‑pressure situations with senior stakeholders.
  • The drive to work independently and deliver projects to completion, alongside the collaborative instincts to work effectively across distributed, cross‑functional teams.
  • Genuine curiosity about the competitive landscape, professional services industries, and compliance workflows, combined with the commercial acumen to turn that knowledge into actionable solutions.

What you will gain at the company

  • At the company, you’ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients. You’ll be part of a growing public company, with a modern work environment that is connected yet flexible and where your professional growth and well‑being are top priorities. We’ll collaborate and grow together, supporting each other in a positive, open atmosphere that fosters creativity, innovation, and teamwork.
  • Expand Your Skills: Unlock your potential with professional development opportunities supported by a community of experienced professionals. We offer reimbursement for training and continuing education to help you stay ahead in your career.
  • Enjoy Where You Work: Thrive in our modern, open offices designed to inspire creativity and collaboration. Our complimentary lunches and fully stocked kitchens ensure you have everything you need to stay energised throughout the day.
  • Support What Matters Most: Our comprehensive wellness and flexible time off programmes and our benefits are designed to care for you and your family. Our family‑formation benefits and support during your family‑building journey ensure you have the resources you need when it matters most. We believe in giving back and supporting our communities with paid volunteer time off and a donation matching programme for the causes you care about.
