By providing reliable and easy-to-use data as well as various data analytics products and services, we empower people worldwide to make fact-based decisions.

Founded in Hamburg in 2007, we have quickly grown into a global company with offices in major cities such as London, New York, Berlin and Tokyo.

And we still have a lot of plans.

Our constant growth does not only prove our success, but also keeps creating new development and career opportunities for our employees.

We value and celebrate our diverse culture.

Your story matters – keep writing it as part of our team.

Are you ready to join us?

What you will own

  • Strategic Account Development
  • Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts with ACV in the £50k–£300k+ range — and the mandate to grow them.
  • Build and maintain a live account plan for every account in your portfolio: org map, stakeholder matrix, expansion roadmap, commercial milestones, and renewal forecast.
  • Move relationships up the decision-maker hierarchy — from research and insights teams to VP, Director, and C‑suite economic buyers.
  • Develop the institutional depth that makes the company’s position in each account structurally difficult to challenge: multiple threads, multiple use cases, multiple stakeholders.
  • Drive the Enterprise Commercial Motion
  • Run structured, consultative discovery conversations that surface the business problems the company solves — not product pitches that describe features.
  • Build and present business cases and ROI frameworks at executive level that justify six‑figure commercial commitments.
  • Navigate complex multi‑stakeholder enterprise cycles — champion, technical buyer, economic buyer, procurement, legal — with discipline and patience.
  • Lead Connect expansion conversations in your accounts — identifying where the company data is being retrieved manually and positioning Connect’s consumption‑based model as the infrastructure replacement.
  • Open the company+ conversations where accounts are using the company data to brief decisions — positioning the analytical layer as a natural next step.
  • Protect GRR and Drive NRR
  • Own renewal outcomes for every account in your portfolio. Renewals are the floor. Expansion is the ceiling.
  • Monitor and act on usage signals, stakeholder changes, and risk indicators before they become churn conversations.
  • Run high‑quality QBRs that demonstrate ROI, deepen relationships, and create the commercial conversations that expansion depends on.
  • Partner with the CSM aligned to your accounts to ensure adoption, value realisation, and renewal are a joined‑up motion.
  • Represent the company in the Market
  • Operate as a credible commercial partner at VP and C‑suite level — the person clients call when they are making strategic data and intelligence decisions, not just when they need to renew a licence.
  • Champion the full One Statista platform — core, Connect, the company+, and the Statista IQ roadmap — in every enterprise engagement.
  • Contribute account intelligence to the commercial planning process — where are the opportunities, where are the risks, what is the market telling us?

What we are looking for

Essential

  • Significant B2B enterprise account management experience with a track record of protecting and growing strategic accounts at £100k+ ACV.
  • Proven ability to move relationships from operational contacts to economic buyers — and to run commercial conversations at VP and C‑suite level.
  • Evidence of running complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise cycles with rigour and discipline — not just renewing what exists.
  • Strong consultative and discovery skills — you can run a client conversation that uncovers problems the client hasn’t articulated yet, and build a business case that justifies the investment.
  • Commercial instinct for expansion — you see whitespace, surface latent needs, and progress expansion conversations with the same discipline as new business.
  • Self‑directed and ownership‑minded — you run your accounts with the commercial rigour of a business owner, not the activity of a relationship manager.

Desirable

  • Experience in data, intelligence, research, information services, or AI‑adjacent platforms.
  • Familiarity with consumption‑based or API‑led commercial models.
  • Exposure to enterprise procurement, compliance, and risk conversations in regulated industries (financial services, consulting, healthcare, technology).
  • Experience working across multiple European markets.
  • Fluency in a European language (French, German, Dutch) is advantageous.

Why join the company?

  • A portfolio of enterprise accounts with significant untapped commercial headroom — the mandate to unlock it is yours.
  • A product story that keeps getting stronger — Connect, the company+, and Statista IQ give you genuinely differentiated propositions to build enterprise relationships around.
  • Direct partnership with the Head of KAM EMEA and VP Sales EMEA — senior support, fast decisions, and a clear mandate.
  • A market where AI transformation is creating urgency around trusted, source‑attributed data — the company is in the right place at the right time.
  • Real progression. Build a world‑class portfolio here and you will be one of the most commercially credible enterprise account managers in the data and intelligence space.

What we offer

In addition to our great team, culture, and our shared goal of empowering people with data, there are many other things that make the company a great place to work!

Join us and benefit from

  • Work from abroad up to 30 calendar days a year
  • Hybrid work and flex‑time
  • International team and social events
  • Subsidized urban mobility and access to fitness and wellness options
  • Free access to Langdock and all its amazing functionalities
  • Career & training opportunities
  • Attractive locations and modern offices
  • Mental health support with Open Up
