We are seeking an experienced Fluttr Developer with strong expertise in the banking domain who will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects.
Hybrid Working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of company offices, client sites, and your home, noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role: We are looking for an experienced Fluttr Developer required to build high-performance secure banking applications, implement state management, and ensure compliance with strict financial cybersecurity standards.
Your Skills:
- Expert proficiency in Flutter/Dart combined with a solid foundational knowledge of native Android (Java/Kotlin) or iOS (Swift)
- Strong understanding of architectural patterns such as BLoC, Provider, or Riverpod
- Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs and JSON
- Familiarity with secure coding practices, data encryption in transit, and writing unit/widget tests
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Bitrise, Jenkins) and familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira
Key Responsibilities:
- UI/UX Implementation: Translating complex Figma UI designs into responsive pixel-perfect layouts
- Performance Optimization: Identifying memory leaks and ensuring smooth 60fps animations
- Collaboration: Working closely with backend engineers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to deliver secure financial features
- Compliance: Adhering to Barclays' strict cybersecurity policies and SOX compliance requirements
