The PMD Recruiting Director - EMEA is a new, highly visible, and critical role on the company's Executive Recruiting team. Reporting to the Global Head, Executive Recruiting, you will lead the executive recruiting team and function in EMEA, covering the UK, DACH, Italy, France, and the Middle East, focused on Partner (non-equity) and Partner & Managing Director (equity) candidates. You will set the strategy for this dynamic function, create trust-based executive stakeholder relationships, implement best practices, mentor and develop the team, and personally manage multiple searches and candidate relationships.
