The Role & Career Path: You will join the company as an Associate Engineer. To ensure alignment with our high-stakes enterprise projects, your first 3 weeks will consist of an intensive, fully paid internal onboarding and technical immersion framework focused on Enterprise DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, and Agentic AI workflows. Following successful completion of our onboarding track, you will be deployed on-site with our premium enterprise partners in Finance, Fintech, and Technology sectors in London.
The company Engineering Guild: You will not be operating in a silo. As a the company engineer, you receive continuous, direct 1-on-1 technical and architectural guidance from our senior engineering staff embedded within top-tier systems across the country. We provide the infrastructural support and continuous engineering education you need to excel in enterprise environments.

The Requirements:
- Proven Technical Proficiency: Strong coding foundations in at least one major language (Python is our language of choice. If you have experience in a different object oriented language that is fine, but you will have to learn Python quickly) and a baseline understanding of how software interacts with networks and hardware.
- Evaluation Focused: Ability to pass a rigorous baseline technical assessment. This will test core competency in networking protocols, linux, programming fundamentals.
- Experience Level: 0–3 years. We value your logical capacity and building skills over years spent in a cubicle.
Pay: From £35,000 per year.
