As we accelerate the company's presence across EMEA's specialist services markets, we're looking for a driven, commercially sharp sales professional who can win and grow with senior buyers in a governed, compliance-driven world. This is a rare opportunity to join Specialty Markets, a high-growth EMEA division serving the firms that manage governance, entities, risk and audit on behalf of their clients. You'll own a defined, high-value territory with a clear mandate: grow net-new revenue and expand within an established base of the company relationships.

If you know how to sell complex, multi-stakeholder software into professional and regulated services firms – and can get credible with their leaders fast – this role was built for you.

The Market You'll Sell Into:

  • You’ll sell to professional and regulated services firms that deliver governance, entity, risk, compliance and audit work on behalf of their clients. In practice that spans fund administrators, corporate service providers, management companies (ManCos / AIFMs), law firms, private equity and venture capital firms, trust & fiduciary services, risk advisers, and audit & advisory firms.
  • This isn't back-office compliance – it's a revenue-generating service line they deliver to their own clients.
  • The company's platform underpins how they run and scale that work, which makes us central to how they win, serve and grow their client base, not just how they stay compliant.

Jurisdictions:

This is a single, flexible mandate that can be run across any of our key offshore and onshore markets – including the Channel Islands, Luxembourg, Ireland, the UK, Cayman, BVI, Bermuda, the Isle of Man and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full commercial cycle across your patch – from prospecting and pipeline generation through to close and upsell – working both new-logo acquisition and account expansion.
  • Use your network and market fluency to open doors quickly, run complex multi-stakeholder deals independently, and partner with the company's broader field sales team to shape our continued growth in this segment.
  • Build credible, senior-level relationships across your markets – understanding the governance, risk, compliance and regulatory pressures that drive buying decisions.
  • Consistently build and manage accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 7+ years selling SaaS as an Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Manager or Channel Manager, with a consistent track record of attaining quota.
  • Track record selling complex, multi-stakeholder SaaS into professional or regulated services firms – governance, risk, compliance, entity, legal or audit/analytics software.
  • Direct experience in fund services, corporate services or a comparable regulated market (risk advisory, audit & advisory, legal) is a strong plus, but we care more that you can get credible with senior buyers in a governed, compliance-driven world quickly.
  • Comfortable operating where regulation and compliance drive the buying decision, and able to speak to those pressures with authority.
  • Strong sales acumen – you navigate tough conversations and turn them into a win-win.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills across written, verbal and live presentations.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
