At the company, we are looking for a motivated Junior Operations & Data Developer to join our Operations team and contribute to the development of internal technology and data solutions. This role is ideal for someone with early-stage experience in software development, data, and business applications who is eager to grow professionally and participate in the creation of AI-enabled tools, dashboards, internal platforms and process automation solutions.

Mission

Your mission will be to support the design, development and maintenance of internal business applications, ensuring a good user experience, clean implementation, scalable architecture and proper integration with internal systems such as CRM, databases, cloud services and operational platforms. You will also contribute to the evolution of internal tools such as ODI, supporting the development of dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations and AI-based features that improve operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain frontend interfaces using React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Build reusable UI components for internal business applications.
  • Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs developed in .NET.
  • Support the development and evolution of internal dashboards and operational tools.
  • Collaborate with backend, data and operations teams.
  • Assist in the implementation of AI-enabled features and intelligent workflows.
  • Support the maintenance and evolution of internal platforms such as ODI.
  • Work with SQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Support data integration, automation and reporting processes.
  • Participate in functional testing, bug fixing and continuous improvement activities.
  • Support CRM-related integrations and other internal operational tools.
  • Document technical solutions clearly and consistently.
  • Learn and apply good development practices, clean code principles and agile methodologies.

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, Data, Business Analytics or similar.
  • Basic or early professional experience with React.
  • Good knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
  • Basic understanding of REST API integration.
  • Basic knowledge of .NET Core / C# from a frontend-backend integration perspective.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL or MySQL.
  • Interest in AI, automation, data and business process optimization.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Organized, proactive and goal-oriented working style.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a business technology environment.
  • It is a must to be located in UK.

Nice to Have

  • Basic knowledge of TypeScript.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Experience with internal business applications, dashboards or corporate tools.
  • Familiarity with Git and CI/CD concepts.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Interest in AI assistants, automation workflows, LLMs or intelligent business tools.
  • Previous exposure to backend development with .NET or Java.
  • Basic knowledge of ETL or data integration tools.
