About this role
We are looking for a Strategy & Operations Lead to play a pivotal role in driving informed, data-backed decisions across our international business. In this role you’ll leverage a unique combination of skills, including analytical rigor, strategic intuition, and execution, to drive growth for our business. As a core member of our International Strategy & Operations team, you’ll have the chance to lead mission‑critical projects end to end. You’ll partner cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to inform the strategic roadmap by generating insights and helping translate them into action. This is an ideal role for someone who wants to work as a high‑impact individual contributor in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative, and data‑driven environment and have the opportunity to gain exposure to partnering with a variety of functions. This role is based out of our London, UK office (3 days in the office).
What you’ll do
- Break down complex and ambiguous problems to uncover actionable insights.
- Analyse customer, product, and business data to identify growth opportunities and shape priorities, with a key focus on Brand (supply) opportunities.
- Lead large cross‑functional strategic initiatives that move company metrics in partnership with Product, Sales, Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.
- Identify opportunities, develop hypotheses, execute in‑depth analysis, and make recommendations to the company’s leadership team based on your findings.
- Provide thought partnership to cross‑functional teammates to ensure the organization is using data thoughtfully and correctly.
- Support the prioritisation, planning, and launch of new international markets.
You will be required to regularly demonstrate the ability to exercise independent discretion in analytical rigor, strategic intuition and execution.
Qualifications
- Must possess a bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, finance, consulting, or business operations.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
- Strong business judgment and ability to work across Product, GTM, and operational topics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
- SQL experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to execute: adept at working across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, influencing decision‑making, and shipping high‑quality insights and initiatives on time.

Salary Range
London, UK: the pay range for this role is £89,500 to £123,000. This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits. Actual base pay will be determined based on permissible factors such as transferable skills, work experience, market demands, and primary work location. The base pay range provided is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
Hybrid
The company employees currently go into the office 3 days per week on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and a third flex day of their choosing (Monday, Wednesday, or Friday). Additionally, hybrid in‑office roles will have the flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. Specific Workplace and Information Technology positions may require onsite attendance 5 days per week as will be indicated in the job posting.
