United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a senior leader to head the Claims Fraud team in London. You will coach and manage investigators and analysts, act as the final escalation point for high-value fraud cases, and own the KPI-driven strategy while ensuring compliance across FCA, Consumer Duty and GDPR.
You will partner with multiple stakeholders, drive process improvements with Product Owners, and lead recruitment and development to strengthen the team, driving performance and risk.
