- Commercial judgement; you can connect People decisions to business outcomes and aren't afraid to make a recommendation.
- Experience managing and developing others.

Above all, you’ll be practical, progressive and comfortable with pace, change and ambiguity.
You’ll know when something needs careful thought and when we simply need to make a sensible decision and move.

We want to build an organisation where high performance and a great employee experience reinforce one another.

As the company grows, we'll keep questioning what we do, improving what doesn't work and building the People practices we need for the company we're becoming — not simply the company we've been.
