We’re looking for a Product Developer to join our Buying team and play a key role in bringing our Own Brand products to life. In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end development process, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to deliver products our customers love. You’ll help shape ideas into reality, ensuring everything we create is innovative, responsible and commercially strong, while always keeping our customers at the heart of what we do. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.

What you’ll do:

  • Support the design and development of Own Brand products, working with suppliers to ensure responsible, ethical and sustainable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring new ideas to life and deliver great customer experiences.
  • Manage the product development process from concept to completion across online and in-store channels.
  • Build and maintain positive supplier relationships, supporting conversations around costs, timelines and delivery.
  • Carry out market and competitor research, sharing insights to help shape future product plans.
  • Ensure all products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, budgets and agreed timelines.
