We created the company to change the hospitality industry in a meaningful way.
Our API-first property management platform empowers accommodation providers to design a technology stack that creates unique digital guest and staff experiences.
At the company, you'll find a diverse, international team united by a passion for learning and building - and we move fast.
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Architect (f/m/d) to join our team in Munich, Germany.
You won't just use AI tools - you'll design and operate the systems that turn marketing into a predictable growth engine: more intelligent, more autonomous, and measurably better at creating demand and pipeline.
You'll build on what the team has already started and work shoulder-to-shoulder with channel owners - thinking in workflows, building in pipelines, and measuring everything against one thing: commercial impact, expressed as demand and pipeline.
- Your mission Build the data foundation marketing runs on
- Audit where marketing data lives today - Hub Spot, Google Analytics, Linked In, Contentful, etc. - and map how it actually flows (or doesn't) between systems
- Design clean, structured data connections so every AI workflow downstream has reliable inputs - and so demand and pipeline become measurable end to end
- Work hand-in-hand with Marketing channel owners to connect what's already there into one coherent commercial data layer that ties activity to pipeline
- Build the campaign intelligence layer
- Architect the campaign lifecycle framework that probably doesn't yet exist: which signals predict demand at each stage, how content maps to pipeline progression, what real-time campaign performance actually requires technically
- Automate the assembly work - pulling, structuring, and summarising performance data across channels - so the team acts on insight rather than chasing it, and can see what's actually driving pipeline
- Own and scale the campaign performance analysis pipeline from experiment to production, with demand and pipeline contribution as the headline metric
- Build AI workflows that run without you
- Design prompts, agents, and automated sequences that produce reliable outputs for repeatable marketing tasks without needing constant supervision
- Build systems the broader marketing team can operate and iterate on independently - so the impact stays even as you move on to the next thing
- Build toward the long-term vision: a two-way marketing intelligence loop where competitive signals automatically inform messaging, underperforming campaigns trigger content updates, and marketing shifts from reactive to continuously adaptive - compounding into a self‑improving demand and pipeline engine
- You'd be a great fit if you
- Think in systems - you map a workflow before you build it, and you can clearly distinguish between steps that should be automated and steps that need a human
- Have hands‑on experience building AI‑powered marketing or GTM workflows - content pipelines, enrichment flows, analytics automations, or similar
- Connect everything to growth - you instinctively tie technical and campaign decisions to demand and pipeline, and you think in funnels, conversion, and pipeline contribution
- Are comfortable with APIs - you can read documentation, make calls, understand endpoints and data structures, without needing an engineer beside you
- Can write prompts that work reliably at scale
- Understand data connectivity: you know how systems like Hub Spot, GA, and marketing platforms pass data between each other, and you can design flows that don't break
- Have a strong commercial instinct - you speak the language of B2B Saa S growth and connect every decision to a business outcome
- Are comfortable operating in ambiguity - this is a new function and you'll be defining it as much as filling it
- Are genuinely curious about hospitality technology and the intersection of AI and GTM
- Write and communicate fluently in English; German is a strong plus
