Why you will love this opportunity as GTM/Sales Onboarding Specialist at the company
Joining a new sales team is exciting, but it can also be overwhelming; new systems, new people, new ways of working, all at once. That's where the GTM/Sales Onboarding Specialist role comes in.
We're looking for an organised & engaging GTM/Sales Onboarding Specialist to own & coordinate the onboarding experience for new starters within our Sales & GTM Community at the company. You'll be the welcoming & reliable presence guiding people through their first 90 days making sure they have the right access, the right tools, and the right support to hit the ground running and reach full productivity fast.
This isn't just admin and logistics (though you'll be brilliant at that too). You'll be running live sessions, building relationships with new starters and their managers, spotting when someone's stuck before they even ask for help, and genuinely shaping how people experience the company in those critical first few months.
What you will do to be successful in this role
- Running engaging onboarding sessions and workshops for new Sales hires, facilitating live, and keeping the experience consistent for every cohort.
- Coordinating onboarding logistics end to end with Talent Acquisition, the People team and central L&D so every joiner has access, equipment, learning resources and a clear schedule from day one.
- Supporting new hires through their first 90 days with regular check-ins, surfacing where someone might be stuck and connecting them to the right people and resources.
- Partnering with GTM leaders to track each new hire's ramp, flag risks early, and keep everyone aligned on progress.
- Embedding the company's values into the onboarding experience and reporting on ramp progress against our goal of reducing time to full productivity, feeding insights back to the Enablement team.
Requirements
What you'll bring
- Confidence facilitating live sessions and workshops for groups, with experience coordinating or delivering training, onboarding or structured programmes.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills comfortable managing several moving parts at once, keeping work on track across teams, and spotting where a new hire's ramp is at risk before it becomes a bigger issue.
- Excellent communication skills, you build trust quickly with people at all levels, and you're comfortable working with data to report on how a programme is performing.
- A genuinely engaging, people-first approach you're the person new hires remember as making them feel welcome and set up to succeed.
Nice to have (not essential)
- Experience in a Sales, Customer Success or Revenue Enablement environment.
- Familiarity with enablement or learning platforms (e.g. Highspot) and intake/project tools (e.g. Monday.com).
- Experience supporting new hires through a ramp or probation period.
