YOUR ROLE
Build and scale cutting‑edge GenAI full‑stack applications, design infrastructure, and mentor team members. Collaborate to develop GenAI proof‑of‑concepts (POCs) using Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and intelligent agents. Scale POCs to production‑ready solutions for customers. Design and develop full‑stack applications for GenAI and non‑GenAI projects. Support infrastructure development to enable robust end‑to‑end solutions. Explore and experiment with emerging technologies, including GenAI. Coach and mentor team members, fostering skill development.

YOUR PROFILE
Eligibility: Hold an active SC (Security Check) Clearance or be eligible for such clearance.
Technical Expertise:
- Backend Development: Build microservices using Python/ FastAPI or TypeScript/ Express or equivalent.
- Frontend Development: Build React applications with TypeScript, leveraging Next.js or Vite.
- GenAI Frameworks: Familiar with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or Vercel AI (Python or JavaScript).
- LLM experience: Practical experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama, or Ollama.
- Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in AWS or Azure for hosting and deployment.
- Containerization and Orchestration: Hands‑on with Docker, Kubernetes, and Docker Compose.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Exposure to Terraform.
- Monitoring Tools: Familiar with Langsmith, Langfuse, or similar.
- CI/CD: Experience with GitLab, GitHub, or Jenkins.
Database Management:
- Vector Databases: Experience with ChromaDB, Pinecone, PGVector, MongoDB, Qdrant, etc.
