Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision.

By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes.

1,000+ customers across 50+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays.

We’ve scaled to $100M+ in ARR, with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI and Graceview.

We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law.

Joining the company means three things.

  • We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions.
  • We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego‑free feedback.
  • We grow together: as a team and with our customers.

Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts.

If you’re driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place.

Role overview Legora is looking for an Editorial Specialist to join our Communications team in London or Stockholm.

This role will sit within the Editorial team and help shape how the company shows up across social, editorial, and owned content channels.

You’ll be responsible for producing sharp, high‑quality content that brings the company’s story to life — from day‑to‑day social media production to longer‑form editorial pieces, customer stories, campaign assets, and thought leadership.

The ideal candidate is a strong writer, fast editor, and detail‑oriented operator who understands how to turn ideas, news, and company moments into clear, compelling content for a professional audience.

  • What you’ll do
  • Produce and publish social media content across the company’s owned channels, with a focus on Linked In.
  • Draft, edit, and adapt content for a range of formats, including social posts, newsletters, blog posts, customer announcements, event recaps, web copy, and campaign assets.
  • Work closely with the Editorial and Communications teams to maintain a consistent tone of voice across all external content.
  • Turn company updates, product developments, customer stories, events, and industry insights into timely, audience‑relevant content.
  • Support the editorial calendar, helping plan, coordinate, and deliver content across channels.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer, and Leadership to gather inputs and shape them into polished narratives.
  • Help develop content packages around launches, partnerships, events, customer wins, and thought‑leadership campaigns.
  • Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s messaging.
  • Monitor social and editorial trends relevant to legal technology, AI, and the legal industry.
  • Support reporting on content performance and use insights to improve future output.
  • What we’re looking for
  • 3–5 years of experience in editorial, communications, content marketing, journalism, social media, or a related field.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, polished copy quickly.
  • Experience creating content for social media, especially Linked In.
  • Strong editorial judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate complex or technical topics into accessible, engaging content.
  • Comfortable working with stakeholders across different teams and seniority levels.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple pieces of content and deadlines at once.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Interest in legal technology, AI, professional services, or B2B communications.
  • Nice to have

Experience working in a high‑growth technology company.

  • Experience writing for legal, professional services, Saa S, AI, or enterprise audiences.
  • Familiarity with content calendars, social scheduling tools, analytics platforms, or CMS workflows.
  • Basic understanding of employer brand, executive communications, or media relations.
  • What success looks like

In this role, you’ll help the company communicate with clarity, consistency, and momentum.

You’ll be a key contributor to the editorial engine behind our external presence — ensuring that our ideas, customer stories, product moments, and company updates are turned into high‑quality content that reaches the right audiences at the right time.
