We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Developer with strong expertise in PolicyCenter and BillingCenter to support large-scale insurance technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of Duck Creek components, integrations, and cloud-based implementations, preferably within Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD) environments.

Hybrid working: The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.

Your Role

  • Design, develop, and configure Duck Creek Policy and Billing modules
  • Hands‑on experience with Express 3 UI, Rating, Forms, Rules Server, Requests, and Transact
  • Lead and support Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD) architecture, configuration, and deployments
  • Design efficient integrations with third‑party and internal systems
  • Work with Duck Creek Anywhere APIs (AMI) and cloud-based integrations
  • Support data migration strategies, ETL tools, and data transformation frameworks
  • Implement microservices‑based, RESTful, and event‑driven architectures
  • Adhere to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing
  • Provide client‑facing technical guidance and support

Your Skills

  • Strong IT experience, with at least 8 years of hands‑on Duck Creek experience
  • Strong domain exposure within Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance systems
  • Proven experience working across PolicyCenter and BillingCenter implementations
  • Strong understanding of Duck Creek core components and integrations
  • Experience with Duck Creek Data Insights
  • Hands‑on experience with Duck Creek OnDemand (preferred)
  • Experience in large-scale insurance transformation initiatives
