- Overview
Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the office near East Croydon Station.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining internal applications
- Gathering and defining business requirements
- Writing, testing, documenting, and implementing software solutions
- Collaborating with third-party support partners and acting as a technical liaison
- Supporting and enhancing existing systems
- Developing Dev Ops pipelines
- Work on business-critical applications including Stores Intranet (C#, Bootstrap, SQL Server) and Stock Management & Order & Collect (Xamarin/Flutter, . NET Core)
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience with the Microsoft Development Stack or a relevant degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proficiency in Visual Studio
- . NET Framework (4.6+) and MVC 5
- Microsoft Windows (7–11)
- Understanding of source control (GIT experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable Skills
- Experience with mobile app development
- Exposure to Azure Dev Ops and Firebase
- A proactive attitude toward learning new technologies
- Ability to work in a complex, evolving technical environment
