We're proving it's possible – through powerful, trustworthy AI that unites IT and business teams together to unlock enterprise-wide transformation. With the company's end-to-end platform, hundreds of companies like Mars, Marriott, Uber, and Vanguard are building and deploying AI agents that are grounded in their company's data and fueled by the company's enterprise-grade LLMs. Valued at $1.9B and backed by industry-leading investors including Premji Invest, Radical Ventures, and ICONIQ Growth, the company is rapidly cementing its position as the leader in enterprise generative AI. Founded in 2020 with office hubs in San Francisco, New York City, Austin, Chicago, and London, our team thinks big and moves fast, and we're looking for smart, hardworking builders and scalers to join us on our journey to create a better future of work with AI.

About the role

As a Corporate IT engineer at the company, you'll be the backbone of our internal technology ecosystem. You'll design, build, and scale the systems that empower our rapidly growing team to do their best work. This isn't just about closing tickets; it's about architecting seamless, secure, and automated experiences across our entire SaaS and hardware landscape. You'll have the opportunity to shape how a leading AI company operates from the inside out, ensuring our infrastructure scales as fast as our ambitions. This role is hybrid and based out of our London office hub. You will report to Staff IT lead.

What you’ll do

  • Own the architecture and administration of our core enterprise SaaS platforms — including Google Workspace, Slack, and Okta.
  • Build robust automations and API integrations using Python and Terraform to eliminate manual IT processes and engineer zero-touch onboarding and offboarding for our global workforce.
  • Drive our identity and access management strategy by implementing and maintaining SSO connections, SCIM provisioning, and RBAC across our expanding SaaS ecosystem.
  • Build AI-assisted workflows and tooling that accelerate IT operations, cross-platform troubleshooting, and scripting — helping your teammates move faster with less friction.
  • Serve as the senior technical escalation point for complex identity, MDM, and authentication challenges, partnering closely with Security to maintain compliance and governance.
  • Lead IT infrastructure projects end-to-end — from scoping and architecture through production — with a focus on reliability, user experience, and long-term maintainability.

What you need

  • 3+ years of hands-on IT engineering or systems administration experience in a high-growth technology environment.
  • Deep technical expertise managing and scaling identity providers like Okta and complex enterprise SaaS platforms including Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft 365.
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, with a track record of building custom integrations and automations.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI and LLM tools (such as the company, Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot) to accelerate IT documentation, scripting, troubleshooting, and operations.
  • Proven ability to evaluate emerging platforms quickly and make sharp build-vs-buy recommendations that balance speed with long-term scalability.
  • Exceptional communication skills — you can translate complex technical concepts for any audience, from engineers to executives, without losing the nuance.
  • A genuine drive to connect with cross-functional partners, challenge existing processes to find smarter solutions, and own the reliability of the systems your colleagues depend on every day.

Benefits & perks (US Full-time employees)

  • Generous PTO, plus company holidays.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family.
  • Paid parental leave for all parents (16 weeks).
  • Fertility and family planning support.
  • Early-detection cancer testing through Galleri.
  • Flexible spending account and dependent FSA options.
  • Health savings account for eligible plans with company contribution.
  • Annual work-life stipends for wellness, learning and development.
  • Company-wide off-sites and team off-sites.
  • Competitive compensation, company stock options and 401k.
