As a Cloud Solutions Architect for the company Autonomous Workload Optimization, you'll join our dynamic Cloud Solutions organization, collaborating closely with Enterprise and advising on advanced aspects for customers to consider and hence differentiate the company’s products. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in technical validation initiatives to support the solutions engineers when needed, as the subject matter expert.
- Engaging with the product development process on an ongoing basis to provide valuable field insights to product management and engineering teams.
- Developing best practices for technical validation processes with the enablement team to ensure Solutions Engineers are best positioned to succeed.
- Assisting customers in maximising adoption of the product by identifying opportunities through a consultative approach.
- Travelling up to 25% of the time to engage directly with customers and support sales, customer success, and renewal efforts.
