Position
We are looking for an experienced Dev Ops Engineer to strengthen and modernise our software development and deployment infrastructure.
In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our build, release, and deployment processes as we continue our transition toward a fully automated Dev Ops model.
This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in build and release management, a passion for solving complex deployment challenges, and the ability to collaborate effectively across development, testing, and infrastructure teams to enhance delivery efficiency and reliability.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance CI/CD pipelines to support reliable, automated builds and deployments.
- Deploy and configure Dev Ops tools and technologies, including build servers, version control, and deployment systems.
- Automate processes for build, test, and release using scripting languages such as Power Shell or Bash.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues.
- Ensure all releases follow SDLC best practices and meet quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor and maintain environments to ensure stability and performance across development and production systems.
- Contribute ideas and improvements to enhance delivery speed, reliability, and transparency.
- Enhanced Skills
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including branching, builds, and releases.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, preferably Azure Pipelines
- Solid scripting skills in at least one language — ideally Power Shell, Bash, or Python.
- Proficiency with Git and branching strategies.
- Understanding database concepts and experience with SQL Server or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure, AWS).
- Understanding of modern coding practices and principles.
- Familiarity with C#, VB. NET, or other common application stacks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of managing workload in a fast-paced environment.
