Blank Street is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team and help deliver high-quality coffee and customer experiences. You will lead a small team, train new staff, and partner with the GM to drive store performance in a fast-paced cafe setting.
You will be responsible for opening/closing, maintaining standards, and handling customer issues with a positive, can-do attitude. This role requires availability for 35 hours/week, including peak days (Fri–Sun) and early mornings.
