As our digital footprint expands, we are focused on creating products and experiences that strengthen the connection between fans, partners, and the competition.
The Digital Platforms Product Lead will act as the product owner for URC's digital ecosystem. This role defines the roadmap, drives product innovation, and ensures platforms support URC's audience growth, brand, and commercial goals. This role combines creativity and product vision with enough technical literacy to work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, Technology Lead and external developers. It is suited to someone who is equally comfortable brainstorming new features, tweaking CMS settings, and presenting product strategies to stakeholders.

- Track adoption, performance, and engagement across platforms to produce actionable insights.
- Coordinate with clubs and unions to support their use of URC-provided platforms.
