As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the person we support can live safely and comfortably in their own home during the night. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with household tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment

Supporting evening and morning routines to help the person we support settle in for the night and prepare for the day ahead

Conducting regular health checks to ensure their well-being

Building a relationship with the person we support, understanding their needs and preferences
