Support Worker

Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire

Salary: £12.90 per hour + Excellent Benefits

Contract: Permanent – Part Time, 30 hours per week

Expiry date: 13/03/2026

About the role

Our support workers are the heart of everything we do. We want you to empower the people we support to live their lives how they want to, whether that’s traveling the world or spending time in their local park. All we ask is that you have the commitment and drive to encourage and guide the people we support.

Key responsibilities & duties

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day‑to‑day routine in line with their personal support plans. This includes dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending appointments and supporting employment, volunteering and hobbies.

Qualifications & requirements

Full UK Driver’s Licence. Compassionate, dedicated, and willing to make a meaningful difference.
