The role involves building supportive relationships and assisting individuals with their day‑to‑day routines in accordance with their personal support plans. This includes support with dressing, personal care, finances, medication, appointments, employment, volunteering and hobby activities.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with supported individuals.
- Assist with dressing, personal care, finances and medication management.
- Support attendance at appointments, employment activities, volunteering and hobbies.
- Work in line with personal support plans and provide encouragement and guidance.
Qualifications
- Full UK Driver's Licence (required).
- Female only – this is a genuine occupational requirement in accordance with the Equality Act 2010; Schedule 9; Part 1.
