This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, volunteering and hobbies.

This position is subject to an enhanced DBS Check, the cost to be met by United Response.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with the people you support and help them live their lives as they want.
  • Help with day-to-day routines in line with personal support plans, including dressing, personal care, finances and medication.
  • Assist with attending appointments and pursuing employment, volunteering and hobbies.
Requirements
  • Commitment and drive to encourage and guide the people we support to achieve their goals.
  • Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by United Response).
