This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, Volunteering and hobbies.

As a Waking Nights Support Worker you would have a varied role supporting individuals with a range of disabilities, you would be responsible for:

• • Encouraging the people we support to get out and about
• Accompanying on leisure trips and holidays
• Creating a fun and environment for the people we support to live in
• Assisting with jobs around the house
• Developing the life skills of the people we support
• Helping with personal finances
• Supporting people with their personal care and feeding needs
• Administering medication
