Role Summary: Support Worker (Waking Nights) – Ripon – £13.25 per hour – 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with adults with learning disabilities and/or autism in a supported living service.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day routine in line with personal support plans (e.g., dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending appointments, employment, volunteering, hobbies).
  • Encourage and guide individuals to pursue activities such as cinema, cooking, arts and crafts, and community socialising.
  • Support independence and ensure person‑centred approach respects each individual’s choices and preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Experience or interest in supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism.
  • Ability to work night shifts and be flexible with waking nights.
  • DBS check required; cost covered by United Response.
