Previous experience working with Learning Disabilities is desirable.

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending appointments, as well as employment, volunteering, and hobbies.

Who will you be supporting? We are currently looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join one of our busy residential care services in St Albans. We currently provide support to eleven individuals who have a range of needs and disabilities but are united by a love of life and in most cases, music! Our mission is to help those individuals make life happen, and our Support Workers are a key part of that aim.
