In this vital role, you’ll ensure that the people we support receive exceptional, person-centred care while managing resources effectively and leading a team to deliver excellent services. Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and inspire: Motivate and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding care. Manage effectively: Oversee staffing, recruitment, appraisals, and employee relations, ensuring a positive and cohesive working environment. Ensure compliance: Act as the CQC Registered Manager, maintaining quality standards and meeting all statutory and legal requirements. Handle finances: Manage budgets and ensure all funds, including those of the people we support, are fully accounted for. Build relationships: Develop strong links with internal teams, external agencies, and community groups to enhance opportunities for the people we support. Champion best practice: Maintain and update support plans to reflect individual needs and assist in promoting employment and independence for those in our care. About you: To succeed in this role, you will need: Working towards or completed Level 5 in Leadership & Management for Adult Care or equivalent Meet requirement of CQC Regulation 7 Proven experience leading and motivating teams in a social care setting. Strong knowledge of CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE) and regulatory frameworks. Budget and financial management expertise. Excellent communication, IT proficiency, and relationship-building skills. A passion for person-centred care and commitment to safeguarding. Flexibility to work varied schedules and travel between locations as needed.
