Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with the people you support and help them with their day‑to‑day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending appointments, employment, volunteering and hobbies.
  • Encourage and guide the people you support to live their lives how they want to, whether that is travelling the world or spending time in their local park.
