This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, volunteering and hobbies.
Please note- you will need a Full UK Driver's Licence.
Who will you be supporting? This service in Newton Abbot is occupied by one gentleman who is non-verbal and has autism. He has access to his own vehicle and likes to be able to go out for coffee. He also enjoys going out for walks every day. You must have experience with complex autism and you will be required to do sleep ins.
