Contract/hours: 1×37.5 hour contract and 1×20 hour contract available

Responsibilities

This position is all about building relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day-to-day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending appointments along with employment, volunteering and hobbies.
