Support Worker

Salary: £12.40 per hour

Location: Nottingham, Nottinghamshire

Contract/hours: 0-37.5 hours per week (We have part-time and full time positions available)

Responsibilities

Build relationships with the people you will be supporting while helping them with their day‑to‑day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending any appointments along with employment, volunteering and hobbies.
