Role: Relief Support Worker
Salary: £13.25 per hour plus an additional 12.07% annual leave allowance
Location: Brentry, Bristol
Hours: Relief – Zero hour contract
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence and ability to drive manual vehicles.
- Own vehicle and availability to drive.
- Enhanced DBS check (cost covered by United Response).
- Awareness of learning disabilities and challenging behaviours (preferred).
- Empathetic, resilient and robust individual with a genuine passion for supporting others.
- Ability to think on your feet and adapt to the needs of the people you support.
- Experience with digital/mobile app desirable (full training provided).
Responsibilities:
The role involves building relationships with the people you will be supporting and helping them with their day‑to‑day routine in line with their personal support plans such as dressing, personal care, finances, medication, attending appointments, employment, volunteering and hobbies.
