We are looking for a part‑time Female Support Worker in Bristol who will help people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs build relationships and support their daily activities in line with personal support plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with supported individuals.
  • Assist with day‑to‑day routine: finances, medication, appointments, employment, volunteering and hobbies.
  • Support individuals to live their lives as they wish.
  • Use the digital app “Nourish” to access care and support plans.
  • Ensure visits are logged and updated.

Requirements

  • Full UK manual driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Current enhanced DBS check. (Cost paid by United Response)
  • Ability to travel on school holidays.
  • Experience with digital/mobile apps desirable; full training provided.
  • Commitment, empathy, enthusiasm, and motivation to encourage.

Hours and Pay

  • 10–15 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 9:30 am – 4:00 pm.
  • Salary £13.25 per hour plus benefits.
