Do you want to work at the intersection of partnerships, data, and circular impact — helping leading brands extend the life of millions of garments? We're United Repair Centre (URC), and we're on a mission to reshape the clothing industry by extending the life of clothing while putting people first. Our scalable repair approach and platform serves global brands, cuts textile waste, and puts craftsmanship and impact at the heart of the clothing industry, while creating meaningful jobs for people distanced from the labour market.
United Repair Centre is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a mid-level partnership professional who can help us scale repair as a service for some of the world's most influential brands. This is a strategic role at the heart of our growth engine — combining partnership management, commercial growth through upsell, and data-driven repair business analysis to strengthen the future of circular fashion.
As a Partner Growth manager, you will help manage a portfolio of brand partners, driving growth across their circular programmes. You will be equally comfortable in partner conversations as you are in data dashboards — translating repair metrics and operational insights into commercial opportunities and strategic recommendations. You will play a central role in shaping how brands experience URC: from early conversations, to partners seeking continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with our CEO, Head of Commercial, Tech and our Centre of Excellence, contributing directly to our mission and future roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trust-based relationships with partners, becoming their go-to advisor in scaling circular repair programmes.
- Identify and deliver growth opportunities within existing accounts based on brand performance, circularity benchmarks and URC's solutions offering.
- Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and insight frameworks for leadership and brand partners to actively create actionable improvements.
- Serve as a point of contact for day-to-day partner communication and coordinate internally to refine and streamline partner-related processes.
- Contribute significantly to internal planning, forecasting, and quarterly business reviews.
- Support in the development of strong proposals and business cases using repair analysis, commercial modelling, and URC's impact data.
- Collaborate with the Head of Commercial to refine processes based on data insights.
Who you are
- 3+ years in partnerships, account management, commercial operations, business analytics or a related field with a strong analytical backbone.
- Skilled at reading, interpreting, and presenting data to support commercial and operational decisions.
- A confident relationship manager with experience working with multiple stakeholders.
- Someone who thrives in a structured but flexible team, enjoys building systems, and can manage multiple workstreams independently.
- Purpose-driven, proactive, and capable of balancing commercial thinking with social impact.
- Experience in fashion, sportswear, circularity, textiles or repair is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical ability: intermediate Excel/Sheets required; experience with dashboards or BI tools.
- Good project management skills, especially across cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English (Dutch, French or German are a strong advantage).
What We Offer
- A role within a rapidly growing values driven business making real social and environmental impact.
- Opportunity to shape the future of repair for global fashion brands.
- Competitive salary aligned with experience and seniority level.
- An entrepreneurial, dynamic and multicultural team.
- Space for personal development, leadership growth and autonomy.
- Wellbeing budget.
- Flexible/Remote work setting from London/Paris or Amsterdam.
- Fulltime or Parttime (0.8 FTE).
