We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead our project delivery function. As Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind successful project execution, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes on time and within budget. You will coordinate with internal teams, external clients, and branch offices to deliver exceptional results. This is a key position that will work with Sales, Solution Engineers and Foreman’s.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans with clear objectives, tasks, deadlines, and resource allocation. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing timely resolutions. Monitor project progress actively and take corrective action when necessary. Manage project budgets, advise on cost calculations, and report financial performance to management. Ensure quality assurance through appropriate monitoring and evaluation. Produce regular progress reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead and supervise project teams with professionalism and support. Support and develop staff, fostering a collaborative working environment. Schedule and allocate work activities to maximize efficiency and resource utilization. Provide training and mentoring to team members.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external clients throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders to align expectations. Coordinate with temporary branch offices, Sales teams, and departmental leaders. Ensure clear, consistent communication across all project phases.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and address structural bottlenecks in processes and systems. Implement process and project improvements to enhance customer value. Conduct post-project evaluations to establish best practices and lessons learned. Focus on reducing working capital and improving productivity.

About You

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (Desirable).
  • IPMA or Prince2 certification (Desirable).
  • Strong business experience in a comparable project management role.
  • Preferably experience in rental industries or turnaround activities.
  • Knowledge of Power and/or Fluid products and rental solutions is a plus.
  • Experience with matrix organizations and Lean or Six Sigma projects is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety with ability to complete comprehensive Site RAMS.
  • Valid driver’s license.
