As we expand our Power & Tools Division, we are looking for a technically skilled and customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Technical Sales / Rental Coordinator. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for clients, providing expert advice on industrial equipment, coordinating rentals, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in a dynamic sales environment.

Your Focus:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering professional advice on technical equipment and services.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Handle incoming inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales leads.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to align customer requirements with available equipment and services.
  • Coordinate internal and external transportation to ensure timely equipment delivery.
  • Prepare, manage, and follow up on rental agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Technical Support:

  • Explain technical specifications and operational processes clearly to clients.
  • Organise and monitor technical inspections of equipment when required.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and innovations to provide up-to-date solutions.

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate customer and contract records in ERP systems.
  • Process orders, invoices, and contracts efficiently.
  • Verify and approve supplier invoices in line with rental agreements.
  • Manage equipment inventory and proactively address shortages with suppliers and internal teams.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Promote and ensure compliance with all safety procedures and standards.
  • Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) during site visits or equipment handling.
  • Actively identify and mitigate safety and environmental risks.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within industrial equipment rental or technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of technical equipment and industrial client needs (oil & gas, petrochemicals, energy).
  • Strong customer focus with a sales-driven mindset.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Persuasive, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Well-organised with strong time-management skills.
  • Able to plan, prioritise, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Safety-conscious with awareness of environmental impacts.
