The Opportunity: Contract Manager

Contract: Permanent

Location: Cannock based / National Coverage

United Plant is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to lead one of our key national customer partnerships. This is a high-profile role, responsible for ensuring outstanding service delivery, strong commercial performance and a collaborative long-term relationship with a major customer. Working alongside a skilled Asset Management team, you will oversee the operational and strategic management of the contract, ensuring plant and HME assets are maintained to the highest standards while driving efficiency, innovation and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded leader with strong industry expertise who thrives in a customer-facing environment.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Supporting a team of National Asset Managers
  • Managing the end-to-end delivery of a major national customer contract
  • Ensuring high-quality, compliant repair and maintenance services for plant and HME assets
  • Driving cost control and financial performance across the contract
  • Building and maintaining strong customer & supplier relationships at all levels
  • Delivering monthly KPI reporting and service reviews
  • Identifying and implementing service improvements and new initiatives in partnership with the customer
  • Championing United Plant's values and safety-first culture
