The Impact you will have: Building strong working relationships through direct interaction with customer sites and Quarry Management teams Monitoring the quality and service delivery of onsite repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring engineers operate in compliance with all mandatory standards and procedures Managing asset maintenance costs within budget by identifying cost-effective repair solutions and assessing repair versus replacement options Supporting managers with customer complaint investigations and recommending effective corrective actions Monitoring machine health using oil sample analysis, telematics, and diagnostic reports Providing technical guidance and onsite feedback to support the Call Centre and Service Control teams Providing cover for relevant Field Service Control functions during periods of annual leave Advising customers on machine applications and recommending suitable alternative equipment solutions where appropriate Conducting machine inspections, managing damage assessments, and supporting the onsite rental process Ensuring daily equipment inspection processes are completed and assisting with training initiatives, including toolbox talks Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities across the operation Working closely with the United Plant in-house Engineering team to deliver exceptional service standards Promoting the company's vision, values, and positive safety-first culture in all activities What will help you to excel in this role: We're looking for a technically competent and commercially minded professional who can build strong customer relationships while ensuring assets deliver maximum performance and value.
