Requirements
- ActiveState Barmembership & in good standing (additional admissions a plus)
- Residency in state of licensing highly preferred
- Private practice andminimum 3 years’ estate plan draftingexperience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Business formation experience preferred
- Knowledge in special needs planning, real estate, elder law, taxation, or asset protection advantageous
- Strong communication skills & comfort with virtual consultations
- Bilingual skills a plus
