PURPOSE OF JOB To ensure the correct, accurate, and timely registration, coordination, and follow-up of all inbound and outbound goods through the site, supporting smooth logistics operations, compliance, and efficient production flow.

- Registers and controls all inbound and outbound vehicles at the site.
- Coordinates weighing activities for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Ensures correct documentation and data entry of weights, deliveries, and dispatches in the ERP system.
- Verifies delivery documents, transport documents, and supplier/customer paperwork.
- Supports first point of contact for drivers, transporters, and logistics partners on site.
- Ensures smooth coordination between logistics, warehouse, production, quality, and planning departments.
- Supports the efficient flow of raw materials and finished products to avoid delays in production or dispatch.
- Ensures correct stock movements and registrations in the system.
- Supports compliance with internal procedures, safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
- Maintains accurate and complete records of all weighings and logistics transactions.
- Prepares and distributes delivery notes, weighing tickets, and transport documentation.
- Reports deviations, discrepancies, or irregularities in weights or documentation.
- Supports logistics reporting and KPI tracking where required.
- Communicates clearly and professionally with drivers, transport companies, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Escalates issues such as delays, incorrect deliveries, or documentation errors to the responsible manager.
