- Both mechanical and electrical experience
- Strong Industrial experience (minimum of 2 years, as long as they have other engineering experience as well)
- Qualifications – minimum of BTEC Level 3 or lower plus extensive industry experience.
- Food production is advantageous, but acknowledge that the pool is not large in the area, so as long as they have the basics the rest can (potentially) be taught
- Have to be ok doing shift work
