Responsibilities:
- Manage lighting projects from tender preparation through execution and final handover.
- Prepare technical proposals, cost estimates, project schedules and tender documents.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, resources and subcontractor performance.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and internal teams.
- Oversee site installation, testing, commissioning, quality and safety compliance.
- Review technical drawings and resolve project, site and coordination issues.
- Manage variations, progress claims, costs and project documentation.
- Liaise with overseas teams to support technical coordination and project delivery.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Project Management or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience managing architectural lighting projects or related lighting systems
- Experience in Singapore commercial, architectural lighting projects is an advantage
- Able to manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors and stakeholder relationships independently
- Strong technical, contractual and on-site problem-solving skills
- Relevant WSH or construction management certifications are preferred
